Getting Started

Competitor Watch makes it easy to monitor competitor websites and get notified when they make changes.

Step 1: Sign Up

Sign up for an account or log in to your existing account.

Step 2: Add a Website

Add your own website first (Profile → Add Your Website) to build your business profile. This helps our AI give you personalized competitive recommendations. Then add competitor websites to track (Sites → New Site). See Adding a Website for details.

Step 3: Define Your Tracking Goal

Tell us what you want to monitor. For example:

  • "Track pricing changes on the pricing page"
  • "Monitor new feature announcements"
  • "Watch for changes to their product lineup"

Step 4: AI Setup

Our AI will analyze the website and set up monitoring based on your tracking goal. This process typically takes a few minutes.

Step 5: Receive Notifications

Once monitoring is active, you'll receive notifications when changes are detected. Configure your notification preferences in Settings → Notifications.

Step 6: Invite Your Team (Optional)

If you're working with a team, you can create an organization and invite members to collaborate on competitor tracking. See Organizations & Teams for details.
