Organizations & Teams
Collaborate with your team using shared competitor tracking
Organizations & Teams
Work together with your team by creating an organization. Share tracked sites, changes, and insights across your entire team.
What Are Organizations?
Organizations let multiple users collaborate on competitor tracking. When you create an organization, your tracked sites become shared resources that all team members can access.
Creating an Organization
- Go to Settings in your dashboard
- Click Create Organization
- Enter your organization name
- Your existing tracked sites will be migrated to the organization automatically
Team Roles
Organizations support three roles with different permission levels:
| Role | Permissions | |------|------------| | Owner | Full access. Manage billing, organization settings, and all members. Can delete the organization. | | Admin | Manage sites, invite members, and manage most organization settings. Cannot delete the organization or manage billing. | | Member | View tracked sites, changes, and insights. Can add new sites and configure their own notifications. |
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings → your organization section
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the person's email address
- Select their role (Admin or Member)
- They'll receive an email invitation with a link to join
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke invitations at any time.
Accepting an Invitation
When someone invites you to an organization:
- Check your email for the invitation
- Click the invitation link
- Sign in or create an account
- You'll automatically be added to the organization
Shared Resources
Once in an organization, all members share access to:
- Tracked sites — All sites belong to the organization
- Changes feed — All detected changes are visible to everyone
- Battlecards — Generated battlecards are shared
- AI Chat — Chat answers draw from all organization data
- Comparison tool — Compare across all organization sites
Limits
- Each user can belong to one organization at a time
- The organization inherits the subscription tier of the owner
- Site limits apply to the organization as a whole, not per member
